Emily Haider
Individuals and couples often seek therapy when life transitions, unresolved trauma, or long-standing relational patterns begin to feel unmanageable. For some, this looks like disconnection from self; for others, it shows up as conflict, distance, or feeling stuck in the same cycles with a partner. These experiences can feel overwhelming, confusing, and deeply discouraging.
I take an authentic, direct, and collaborative approach to therapy that honors both individual experience and relational dynamics. Whether working one-on-one or with couples, we slow the process down, explore patterns with care, and build the capacity to tolerate difficult emotions while creating space for insight, repair, and growth.
My goal is to create a safe, empowering environment where individuals and couples can develop clarity, resilience, and meaningful connection. Through trust and intentional work, therapy supports clients in healing past wounds, navigating change, and building relationships—with themselves and others—that feel secure and life-giving.

Leah Parker LPC
Leah works with empaths, perfectionists, and high-achievers, both individuals and couples, who are tired of feeling stuck in the same cycles, whether that shows up as anxiety, relationship patterns, or the quiet sense that no matter how much they accomplish, it never feels like enough.
The problem isn’t them. It’s the survival strategies they learned to protect themselves that are now keeping them from the connection and freedom they actually want, with themselves and each other.
As a Master NARM Therapist, Leah brings a brain-based, relational approach to getting to the root of what’s driving those patterns. Informed by somatic experiencing and interpersonal neurobiology, this work helps clients finally unlearn what no longer serves them.
Individuals and couples walk away with more self-trust, deeper connection, and relationships that actually feel good.
A Marine Veteran and mom of four boys, Leah knows something about navigating chaos.
You’ll usually find her planning her next adventure when she’s not in the therapy room.
“You are not your survival strategies. Healing is learning to come home to yourself.”

Melanie Petrilli LMT
Melanie works with women of all ages who feel trapped in their bodies, carrying stress, tension, and big emotions that eating well, exercising, and mindfulness alone haven’t been able to touch.
The missing piece isn’t more willpower or another wellness routine. It’s that the body itself is still holding what the mind hasn’t been able to release.
As a Certified Myofascial Release Therapist under John Barnes, Melanie uses fascia-focused bodywork and somatic techniques to access what the nervous system is holding, creating space for real regulation and relief. Her work pairs beautifully alongside talk therapy, reaching what conversation alone cannot.
Women leave with freedom from chronic tension, a regulated nervous system, and a body that finally feels like home rather than something to manage.
A former dancer with the National Ballet of Canada, Melanie knows firsthand the intelligence of a body in motion. You’ll usually find her doing yoga or eating cookies, just not at the same time.
-Your body is not a problem to be solved. It’s wisdom to be heard.-
